Conditions

Introduction

The Policy on Ability and Accessibility delineates the conditions, principles, and protections for ability accommodation and accessibility facilitation that are integral to the Agreement you enter into whenever — and wherever — you commence or continue any conduct or service relating in any way, directly or indirectly, to The Ikoku Group. Please, therefore, take the time to read what follows carefully.

Your Policy Agreements

Section 5.1.0. First, with respect to the Ability and Accessibility Policy you enter into via your Agreement with the Codes and Policies, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

5.1.1. Policy, Name, Nature
that the name of this Policy is the “Policy on Ability and Accessibility of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC” (the “Ability and Accessibility Policy,” the “Ability Policy,” the “Accessibility Policy,” and the “Disability Policy”) and that the nature of this Policy is to serve as the policy on ability, accessibility, and disability of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC;
5.1.2. Policy, Composition
that the Ability and Accessibility Policy consists of all conditions, principles, protections, and equivalent provisions for ability and accessibility in the Codes and Policies of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC (the “Codes and Policies” and the “Policies”) and The Ikoku Group Conduct and Service Agreement (the “Agreement”), which therefore include, but are not limited to, those delineated below;
5.1.3. Policy, Agreement
that you understand the Ability and Accessibility Policy to be an integral part of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement you enter into with The Ikoku Group;
5.1.4. Policy, Consent
that your consent to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent consent to the Ability and Accessibility Policy;
5.1.5. Policy, Duties
that your duties to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent duties to the Ability and Accessibility Policy;
5.1.6. Policy, Entry
that your entry into the Agreement includes your legally equivalent entry into the Ability and Accessibility Policy, and similarly occurs whenever you commence or continue any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with or otherwise relating to The Ikoku Group;
5.1.7. Policy, Legally Abiding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Ability and Accessibility Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder;
5.1.8. Policy, Legally Binding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Ability and Accessibility Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder;
5.1.9. Policy, Knowledge
that your attestation about your awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Ability and Accessibility Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.

Your Policy Understandings

Section 5.2.0. Second, with respect to your understandings of the Ability and Accessibility Policy, you covenant, represent, and warrant the following:

5.2.1. Policy Understandings
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ability and accessibility as they are defined and provided for in the Ability and Accessibility Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
5.2.2. Policy Understandings, Conditions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ability and accessibility conditions as they are defined and provided for in the Ability and Accessibility Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
5.2.3. Policy Understandings, Definitions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ability and accessibility definitions as they are defined and provided for in the Ability and Accessibility Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
5.2.4. Policy Understandings, Practices
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ability and accessibility practices as they are defined and provided for in the Ability and Accessibility Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
5.2.5. Policy Understandings, Principles
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ability and accessibility principles as they are defined and provided for in the Ability and Accessibility Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you;
5.2.6. Policy Understandings, Processes
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ability and accessibility processes as they are defined and provided for in the Ability and Accessibility Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
5.2.7. Policy Understandings, Rights
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ability and accessibility rights as they are defined and provided for in the Ability and Accessibility Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you;
5.2.8. Policy Understandings, Safeguards
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ability and accessibility safeguards and resulting protections as they are defined and provided for in the Ability and Accessibility Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
5.2.9. Policy Understandings, Violations
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of ability and accessibility breach, diminishment, incompatibility, infringement, and violation as they are defined and provided for in the Ability and Accessibility Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to not be brought about, in any way, by you.

Your Policy Commitments

Section 5.3.0. Third, with respect to your commitments to the Ability and Accessibility Policy, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

5.3.1. Policy Commitments, Basis
that your commitment is the basis for any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with, or otherwise relating to The Ikoku Group that you commence or continue — including via any of the Products or Services, or the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates — and that any such conduct or service is free of any infringement of the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of ability and accessibility, the Ability and Accessibility Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
5.3.2. Policy Commitments, Conditions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of ability and accessibility conditions, including as provided for in the Ability and Accessibility Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
5.3.3. Policy Commitments, Definitions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of ability and accessibility definitions, including as provided for in the Ability and Accessibility Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
5.3.4. Policy Commitments, Principles
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of ability and accessibility principles, including as provided for in the Ability and Accessibility Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
5.3.5. Policy Commitments, Processes
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of ability and accessibility processes, including as provided for in the Ability and Accessibility Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
5.3.6. Policy Commitments, Rights
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of ability and accessibility rights, including as provided for in the Ability and Accessibility Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
5.3.7. Policy Commitments, Safeguards
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of ability and accessibility safeguards and resulting protections, including as provided for in the Ability and Accessibility Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
5.3.8. Policy Commitments, Practices
that you respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Ability and Accessibility Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to translate the aforementioned commitments into practices for adopting and applying policies pertaining to ability and accessibility; for adjudicating and determining compliance with the policies; and for fulfilling The Ikoku Group’s own duties pertaining to ability and accessibility, ability and accessibility conditions, ability and accessibility definitions, ability and accessibility principles, ability and accessibility processes, ability and accessibility rights, and ability and accessibility safeguards and their resulting protections, including as provided for in the Ability and Accessibility Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
5.3.9. Policy Commitments, Protections
that you also respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Ability and Accessibility Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to develop and enforce ability and accessibility protections derived from, first, applicable law and regulation, and second, from advances in ability and accessibility that protect persons in ways that go beyond what such law and regulation currently provides.

Principles

Provision

The Policy on Ability and Accessibility requires your adherence to the conditions above and correlative conditions and principles delineated below.

A — On Ability

Conditions for Ability

Section 5.5.0. With respect to conditions for ability, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

5.5.1. Ability Conditions
that, in addition to your Agreement, you do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for ability — including such conditions protecting, providing for, valuing, and otherwise pertaining to difference and diversity in ableness, ability, aptitude, capability, capacity, disableness, and disability — which depend on the nature of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC as an accommodative organization and as an entity of accommodative administration;
5.5.2. Ability Conditions, Administration
that the accommodative administration of The Ikoku Group and provisions attendant to such administration — as conducted solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
5.5.3. Ability Conditions, Areas
that ability accommodation in areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent of The Ikoku Group — and attendant principles and provisions for such accommodation — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
5.5.4. Ability Conditions, Founder
that ability accommodation for the Founder and Founder-related activities, administration, conduct and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such accommodation — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
5.5.5. Ability Conditions, Practices
that practices for ensuring ability accommodation at The Ikoku Group, including through its conduct and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such practices — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
5.5.6. Ability Conditions, Reporting
that measures for reporting actual, anticipated or apparent infringement relating to ability at The Ikoku Group — and attendant principles and provisions for such reporting — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
5.5.7. Ability Conditions, Understanding
with the understanding that the aforementioned and other conditions for ability at The Ikoku Group are authorized, administered and adjudicated for compliance solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization.

Duties for Ability

Section 5.6.0. With respect to duties for ability, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

5.6.1. Ability Duties
that, in addition to your Agreement, you fulfill and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing duties for ability — including such duties protecting, providing for, valuing, and otherwise pertaining to difference and diversity in ableness, ability, aptitude, capability, capacity, disableness, and disability — which depend on the nature of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC as an accommodative organization and as an entity of accommodative administration;
5.6.2. Ability Duties, Activity
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the ability accommodation of an act or activity of The Ikoku Group;
5.6.3. Ability Duties, Agent
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the ability accommodation of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Group;
5.6.4. Ability Duties, Arrangement
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the ability accommodation of an arrangement of The Ikoku Group;
5.6.5. Ability Duties, Conduct, Service
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the ability accommodation of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Group;
5.6.6. Ability Duties, Entity, Organization
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the ability accommodation of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, including as an accommodative organization and as an entity of accommodative administration;
5.6.7. Ability Duties, Expectation
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation of ability accommodation at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
5.6.8. Ability Duties, Material
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the ability accommodation of a material of The Ikoku Group;
5.6.9. Ability Duties, Matter
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the ability accommodation of a matter of The Ikoku Group;
5.6.10. Ability Duties, Procedure
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the ability accommodation of a procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Group;
5.6.11. Ability Duties, Relation
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the ability accommodation of a relation or relationship of The Ikoku Group;
5.6.12. Ability Duties, Request
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, a request for ability accommodation at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
5.6.13. Ability Duties, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of fulfilling the aforementioned and other duties for ability is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of ability accommodation, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Rights for Ability

Section 5.7.0. With respect to rights for ability, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

5.7.1. Ability Rights
that, in addition to your Agreement, you respect and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing rights for ability — including such rights protecting, providing for, valuing, and otherwise pertaining to difference and diversity in ableness, ability, aptitude, capability, capacity, disableness, and disability — which depend on the nature of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC as an accommodative organization and as an entity of accommodative administration;
5.7.2. Ability Rights, Civil
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for ability accommodation accorded to persons at The Ikoku Group by their polities;
5.7.3. Ability Rights, Legal
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for ability accommodation accorded to persons at The Ikoku Group by applicable law and regulation;
5.7.4. Ability Rights, Entity, Organization
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, the hereby accorded rights for ability accommodation of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, as an accommodative organization and entity of accommodative administration;
5.7.5. Ability Rights, Human
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, the hereby accorded rights for ability of a human’s inner being, body, brain, as well as inner self, soul, spirit;
5.7.6. Ability Rights, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of respecting the aforementioned and other rights for ability is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of ability accommodation, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Safeguards for Ability

Section 5.8.0. With respect to rights for ability, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

5.8.1. Ability Safeguards
that, in addition to your Agreement, you maintain and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing safeguards for ability — including such safeguards protecting, providing for, valuing, and otherwise pertaining to difference and diversity in ableness, ability, aptitude, capability, capacity, disableness, and disability — which depend on the nature of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC as an accommodative organization and as an entity of accommodative administration;
5.8.2. Ability Safeguards, Activity
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the ability accommodation of an act or activity of The Ikoku Group;
5.8.3. Ability Safeguards, Agent
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the ability accommodation of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Group;
5.8.4. Ability Safeguards, Arrangement
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the ability accommodation of an arrangement of The Ikoku Group;
5.8.5. Ability Safeguards, Conduct, Service
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the ability accommodation of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Group;
5.8.6. Ability Safeguards, Entity, Organization
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the ability accommodation of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, including as an accommodative organization and as an entity of accommodative administration;
5.8.7. Ability Safeguards, Expectation
that you consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation to safeguard ability accommodation at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
5.8.8. Ability Safeguards, Material
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the ability accommodation of a material of The Ikoku Group;
5.8.9. Ability Safeguards, Matter
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the ability accommodation of a matter of The Ikoku Group;
5.8.10. Ability Safeguards, Procedure
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the ability accommodation of a procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Group;
5.8.11. Ability Safeguards, Relation
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the ability accommodation of a relation or relationship of The Ikoku Group;
5.8.12. Ability Safeguards, Request
that you consider and not infringe, in any way, a request to safeguard ability accommodation at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
5.8.13. Ability Safeguards, Rights
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard rights for ability accommodation, including rights to such safeguards;
5.8.14. Ability Safeguards, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of maintaining the aforementioned and other safeguards for ability is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of ability accommodation, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

B — On Accessibility

Conditions for Accessibility

Section 5.9.0. With respect to conditions for accessibility, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

5.9.1. Accessibility Conditions
that, in addition to your Agreement, you do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for accessibility — including such conditions protecting, providing for, valuing, and otherwise pertaining to difference and diversity of access, adaptation, assistance, facilitation, and use — which depend on the nature of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC as a facilitative organization and as an entity of facilitative administration;
5.9.2. Accessibility Conditions, Administration
that the facilitative administration of The Ikoku Group and provisions attendant to such administration — as conducted solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
5.9.3. Accessibility Conditions, Areas
that accessibility facilitation in areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent of The Ikoku Group — and attendant principles and provisions for such facilitation — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
5.9.4. Accessibility Conditions, Founder
that accessibility facilitation for the Founder and Founder-related activities, administration, conduct and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such facilitation — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
5.9.5. Accessibility Conditions, Practices
that practices for ensuring accessibility facilitation at The Ikoku Group, including through its conduct and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such practices — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
5.9.6. Accessibility Conditions, Reporting
that measures for reporting actual, anticipated or apparent infringement relating to accessibility at The Ikoku Group — and attendant principles and provisions for such reporting — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
5.9.7. Accessibility Conditions, Understanding
with the understanding that the aforementioned and other conditions for accessibility at The Ikoku Group are authorized, administered and adjudicated for compliance solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization.

Duties for Accessibility

Section 5.10.0. With respect to duties of accessibility, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

5.10.1. Accessibility Duties
that, in addition to your Agreement, you fulfill and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing duties for accessibility — including such duties protecting, providing for, valuing, and otherwise pertaining to difference and diversity of access, adaptation, assistance, facilitation, and use — which depend on the nature of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC as a facilitative organization and as an entity of facilitative administration;
5.10.2. Accessibility Duties, Activity
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the accessibility facilitation of an act or activity of The Ikoku Group;
5.10.3. Accessibility Duties, Agent
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the accessibility facilitation of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Group;
5.10.4. Accessibility Duties, Arrangement
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the accessibility facilitation of an arrangement of The Ikoku Group;
5.10.5. Accessibility Duties, Conduct, Service
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the accessibility facilitation of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Group;
5.10.6. Accessibility Duties, Entity, Organization
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the accessibility facilitation of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, including as a facilitative organization and as an entity of facilitative administration;
5.10.7. Accessibility Duties, Expectation
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation of accessibility facilitation at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
5.10.8. Accessibility Duties, Material
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the accessibility facilitation of a material of The Ikoku Group;
5.10.9. Accessibility Duties, Matter
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the accessibility facilitation of a matter of The Ikoku Group;
5.10.10. Accessibility Duties, Procedure
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the accessibility facilitation of a procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Group;
5.10.11. Accessibility Duties, Relation
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the accessibility facilitation of a relation or relationship of The Ikoku Group;
5.10.12. Accessibility Duties, Request
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, a request for accessibility facilitation at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
5.10.13. Accessibility Duties, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of fulfilling the aforementioned and other duties for accessibility is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of accessibility facilitation, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Rights for Accessibility

Section 5.11.0. With respect to rights for accessibility, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

5.11.1. Accessibility Rights
that, in addition to your Agreement, you respect and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing rights for accessibility — including such rights protecting, providing for, valuing, and otherwise pertaining to difference and diversity of access, adaptation, assistance, facilitation, and use — which depend on the nature of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC as a facilitative organization and as an entity of facilitative administration;
5.11.2. Accessibility Rights, Civil
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for accessibility facilitation accorded to persons at The Ikoku Group by their polities;
5.11.3. Accessibility Rights, Legal
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for accessibility facilitation accorded to persons at The Ikoku Group by applicable law and regulation;
5.11.4. Accessibility Rights, Entity, Organization
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, the hereby accorded rights for accessibility facilitation of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, as a facilitative organization and entity of facilitative administration;
5.11.5. Accessibility Rights, Human
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, the hereby accorded rights for accessibility of a human’s inner being, body, brain, as well as inner self, soul, spirit;
5.11.6. Accessibility Rights, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of respecting the aforementioned and other rights for accessibility is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of accessibility facilitation, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Safeguards for Accessibility

Section 5.12.0. With respect to safeguards for accessibility, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

5.12.1. Accessibility Safeguards

that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the accessibility facilitation of an act or activity of The Ikoku Group;

that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the accessibility facilitation of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Group;
5.12.4. Accessibility Safeguards, Arrangement
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the accessibility facilitation of an arrangement of The Ikoku Group;
5.12.5. Accessibility Safeguards, Conduct, Service
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the accessibility facilitation of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Group;

that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the accessibility facilitation of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, including as a facilitative organization and as an entity of facilitative administration;

that you consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation to safeguard accessibility facilitation at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;

that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the accessibility facilitation of a material of The Ikoku Group;

that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the accessibility facilitation of a matter of The Ikoku Group;

that you consider and not infringe, in any way, a request to safeguard accessibility facilitation at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;

with the understanding that your sole means of maintaining the aforementioned and other safeguards for accessibility is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of accessibility facilitation, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.
