Conditions

Introduction

The Policy on Centrality and Unity delineates the conditions, principles, and protections for centrality and unity that are integral to the Agreement you enter into whenever — and wherever — you commence or continue any conduct or service relating in any way, directly or indirectly, to The Ikoku Group. Please, therefore, take the time to read what follows carefully.

Your Policy Agreements

Section 7.1.0. First, with respect to the Centrality and Unity Policy you enter into via your Agreement with the Codes and Policies, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

7.1.1. Policy, Name, Nature
that the name of this Policy is the “Policy on Centrality and Unity of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC” (the “Centrality and Unity Policy,” the “Centrality Policy,” and the “Unity Policy”) and that the nature of this Policy is to serve as the policy on centrality and unity of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC;
7.1.2. Policy, Composition
that the Centrality and Unity Policy consists of all conditions, principles, protections, and equivalent provisions for centrality and unity in the Codes and Policies of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC (the “Codes and Policies” and the “Policies”) and The Ikoku Group Conduct and Service Agreement (the “Agreement”), which therefore include, but are not limited to, those delineated below;
7.1.3. Policy, Agreement
that you understand the Centrality and Unity Policy to be an integral part of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement you enter into with The Ikoku Group;
7.1.4. Policy, Consent
that your consent to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent consent to the Centrality and Unity Policy;
7.1.5. Policy, Duties
that your duties to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent duties to the Centrality and Unity Policy;
7.1.6. Policy, Entry
that your entry into the Agreement includes your legally equivalent entry into the Centrality and Unity Policy, and similarly occurs whenever you commence or continue any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with or otherwise relating to The Ikoku Group;
7.1.7. Policy, Legally Abiding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Centrality and Unity Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder;
7.1.8. Policy, Legally Binding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Centrality and Unity Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder;
7.1.9. Policy, Knowledge
that your attestation about your awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Centrality and Unity Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.

Your Policy Understandings

Section 7.2.0. Second, with respect to your understandings of the Centrality and Unity Policy, you covenant, represent, and warrant the following:

7.2.1. Policy Understandings
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by applicable understandings of centrality and unity as they are normally operative and reasonably interpreted in law, policy, and society;
7.2.1.1. Policy Understandings, A
the above including such understandings of centrality protecting, providing for, and otherwise pertaining to administrative, governance, managerial, operational, organizational, ownership, personnel, property and technical centralization, consolidation, coordination, and hierarchy;
7.2.1.2. Policy Understandings, B
the above including such understandings of unity protecting, providing for, and otherwise pertaining to administrative, governance, managerial, operational, organizational, ownership, personnel, property and technical completeness, singleness, singularity, unification, uniqueness, and wholeness;
7.2.2. Policy Understandings, Conditions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of centrality and unity conditions as they are defined and provided for in the Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
7.2.3. Policy Understandings, Definitions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of centrality and unity definitions as they are defined and provided for in the Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
7.2.4. Policy Understandings, Practices
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of centrality and unity practices as they are defined and provided for in the Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
7.2.5. Policy Understandings, Principles
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of centrality and unity principles as they are defined and provided for in the Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you;
7.2.6. Policy Understandings, Processes
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of centrality and unity processes as they are defined and provided for in the Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
7.2.7. Policy Understandings, Rights
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of centrality and unity rights as they are defined and provided for in the Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you;
7.2.8. Policy Understandings, Safeguards
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of centrality and unity safeguards and resulting protections as they are defined and provided for in the Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
7.2.9. Policy Understandings, Violations
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of centrality and unity breach, diminishment, incompatibility, infringement, and violation as they are defined and provided for in the Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to not be brought about, in any way, by you.

Your Policy Commitments

Section 7.3.0. Third, with respect to your commitments to the Centrality and Unity Policy, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

7.3.1. Policy Commitments, Basis
that your commitment is the basis for any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with, or otherwise relating to The Ikoku Group that you commence or continue — including via any of the Products or Services, or the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates — and that any such conduct or service is free of any infringement of the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of centrality and unity, the Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
7.3.2. Policy Commitments, Conditions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of centrality and unity conditions, including as provided for in the Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
7.3.3. Policy Commitments, Definitions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of centrality and unity definitions, including as provided for in the Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
7.3.4. Policy Commitments, Principles
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of centrality and unity principles, including as provided for in the Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
7.3.5. Policy Commitments, Processes
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of centrality and unity processes, including as provided for in the Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
7.3.6. Policy Commitments, Rights
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of centrality and unity rights, including as provided for in the Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
7.3.7. Policy Commitments, Safeguards
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of centrality and unity safeguards and resulting protections, including as provided for in the Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
7.3.8. Policy Commitments, Practices
that you respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Centrality and Unity Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to translate the aforementioned commitments into practices for adopting and applying policies pertaining to centrality and unity; for adjudicating and determining compliance with the policies; and for fulfilling The Ikoku Group’s own duties pertaining to centrality and unity, centrality and unity conditions, centrality and unity definitions, centrality and unity principles, centrality and unity processes, centrality and unity rights, and centrality and unity safeguards and their resulting protections, including as provided for in the Centrality and Unity Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
7.3.9. Policy Commitments, Protections
that you also respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Centrality and Unity Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to develop and enforce centrality and unity protections derived from, first, applicable law and regulation, and second, from advances in centrality and unity that protect persons in ways that go beyond what such law and regulation currently provides.

Principles

Provision

The Policy on Centrality and Unity requires your adherence to the conditions above and correlative conditions and principles delineated below.

A — On Centrality

Conditions for Centrality

Section 7.5.0. With respect to conditions for centrality, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

7.5.1. Centrality Conditions
that, in addition to your Agreement, you do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for centrality;
7.5.2. Centrality Conditions, Administration
that the centrality of The Ikoku Group and provisions attendant to such centrality — as administered solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
7.5.3. Centrality Conditions, Areas
that centrality in areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent of The Ikoku Group — and attendant principles and provisions for such centrality — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
7.5.4. Centrality Conditions, Founder
that centrality for the Founder and Founder-related activities, administration, conduct, and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such centrality — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
7.5.5. Centrality Conditions, Practices
that practices for ensuring centrality at The Ikoku Group, including through its conduct and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such practices — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
7.5.6. Centrality Conditions, Reporting
that measures for reporting actual, anticipated or apparent infringement related to centrality at The Ikoku Group — and attendant principles and provisions for such reporting — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
7.5.7. Centrality Conditions, Understanding
with the understanding that the aforementioned and other conditions for centrality at The Ikoku Group are authorized, administered and adjudicated for compliance solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization.

Duties for Centrality

Section 7.6.0. With respect to duties for centrality, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

7.6.1. Centrality Duties
that, in addition to your Agreement, you fulfill and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing duties for centrality;
7.6.2. Centrality Duties, Activity
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the centrality of an act or activity of The Ikoku Group;
7.6.3. Centrality Duties, Agent
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the centrality of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Group;
7.6.4. Centrality Duties, Arrangement
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the centrality of an arrangement of The Ikoku Group;
7.6.5. Centrality Duties, Conduct, Service
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the centrality of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Group;
7.6.6. Centrality Duties, Entity, Organization
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the centrality of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, including as a centralized organization and as an entity of centralized administration;
7.6.7. Centrality Duties, Expectation
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation pertaining to centrality at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
7.6.8. Centrality Duties, Material
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the centrality of a material of The Ikoku Group;
7.6.9. Centrality Duties, Matter
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the centrality of a matter of The Ikoku Group;
7.6.10. Centrality Duties, Procedure
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the centrality of a procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Group;
7.6.11. Centrality Duties, Relation
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the centrality of a relation or relationship of The Ikoku Group;
7.6.12. Centrality Duties, Request
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, a request pertaining to centrality at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
7.6.13. Centrality Duties, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of fulfilling the aforementioned and other duties for centrality is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of centrality, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Rights for Centrality

Section 7.7.0. With respect to rights for centrality, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

7.7.1. Centrality Rights
that, in addition to your Agreement, you respect and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing rights for centrality;
7.7.2. Centrality Rights, Civil
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for centrality accorded to persons at The Ikoku Group by their applicable state or territorial governments;
7.7.3. Centrality Rights, Legal
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for centrality accorded to persons at The Ikoku Group by applicable law and regulation;
7.7.4. Centrality Rights, Entity, Organization
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for centrality of The Ikoku Group, including rights of centrality accorded to The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, as a centralized organization and entity of centralized administration, via the Codes and Policies;
7.7.5. Centrality Rights, Human
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, human and natural rights for centrality accorded to natural persons at The Ikoku Group via the Codes and Policies;
7.7.6. Centrality Rights, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of respecting the aforementioned and other rights for centrality is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of centrality, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Safeguards for Centrality

Section 7.8.0. With respect to rights for centrality, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

7.8.1. Centrality Safeguards
that, in addition to your Agreement, you maintain and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing safeguards for centrality;
7.8.2. Centrality Safeguards, Activity
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the centrality of an act or activity of The Ikoku Group;
7.8.3. Centrality Safeguards, Agent
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the centrality of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Group;
7.8.4. Centrality Safeguards, Arrangement
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the centrality of an arrangement of The Ikoku Group;
7.8.5. Centrality Safeguards, Conduct, Service
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the centrality of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Group;
7.8.6. Centrality Safeguards, Entity, Organization
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the centrality of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, including as a centralized organization and as an entity of centralized administration;
7.8.7. Centrality Safeguards, Expectation
that you consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation to safeguard centrality at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
7.8.8. Centrality Safeguards, Material
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the centrality of a material of The Ikoku Group;
7.8.9. Centrality Safeguards, Matter
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the centrality of a matter of The Ikoku Group;
7.8.10. Centrality Safeguards, Procedure
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the centrality of a procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Group;
7.8.11. Centrality Safeguards, Relation
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the centrality of a relation or relationship of The Ikoku Group;
7.8.12. Centrality Safeguards, Request
that you consider and not infringe, in any way, a request to safeguard centrality at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
7.8.13. Centrality Safeguards, Rights
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard rights for centrality, including rights to such safeguards;
7.8.14. Centrality Safeguards, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of maintaining the aforementioned and other safeguards for centrality is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of centrality, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

B — On Unity

Conditions for Unity

Section 7.9.0. With respect to conditions for unity, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

7.9.1. Unity Conditions
that, in addition to your Agreement, you do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for unity;
7.9.2. Unity Conditions, Administration
that the unity of The Ikoku Group and provisions attendant to such unity — as conducted solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
7.9.3. Unity Conditions, Areas
that unity in areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent of The Ikoku Group — and attendant principles and provisions for such unity — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
7.9.4. Unity Conditions, Founder
that unity for the Founder and Founder-related activities, administration, conduct, and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such unity — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
7.9.5. Unity Conditions, Practices
that practices for ensuring unity at The Ikoku Group, including through its conduct and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such practices — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
7.9.6. Unity Conditions, Reporting
that measures for reporting actual, anticipated or apparent infringement related to unity at The Ikoku Group — and attendant principles and provisions for such reporting — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
7.9.7. Unity Conditions, Understanding
with the understanding that the aforementioned and other conditions for unity at The Ikoku Group are authorized, administered and adjudicated for compliance solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization.

Duties for Unity

Section 7.10.0. With respect to duties of unity, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

7.10.1. Unity Duties
that, in addition to your Agreement, you fulfill and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing duties for unity;
7.10.2. Unity Duties, Activity
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the unity of an act or activity of The Ikoku Group;
7.10.3. Unity Duties, Agent
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the unity of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Group;
7.10.4. Unity Duties, Arrangement
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the unity of an arrangement of The Ikoku Group;
7.10.5. Unity Duties, Conduct, Service
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the unity of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Group;
7.10.6. Unity Duties, Entity, Organization
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the unity of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, including as a unified organization and as an entity of unified administration;
7.10.7. Unity Duties, Expectation
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation pertaining to unity at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
7.10.8. Unity Duties, Material
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the unity of a material of The Ikoku Group;
7.10.9. Unity Duties, Matter
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the unity of a matter of The Ikoku Group;
7.10.10. Unity Duties, Procedure
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the unity of a procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Group;
7.10.11. Unity Duties, Relation
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the unity of a relation or relationship of The Ikoku Group;
7.10.12. Unity Duties, Request
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, a request pertaining to unity at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
7.10.13. Unity Duties, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of fulfilling the aforementioned and other duties for unity is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of unity, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Rights for Unity

Section 7.11.0. With respect to rights for unity, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

7.11.1. Unity Rights
that, in addition to your Agreement, you respect and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing rights for unity;
7.11.2. Unity Rights, Civil
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for unity accorded to persons at The Ikoku Group by their applicable state or territorial governments;
7.11.3. Unity Rights, Legal
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for unity accorded to persons at The Ikoku Group by applicable law and regulation;
7.11.4. Unity Rights, Entity, Organization
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for unity of The Ikoku Group, including rights of unity accorded to The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, as a unified organization and entity of unified administration, via the Codes and Policies;
7.11.5. Unity Rights, Human
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, human and natural rights for unity accorded to natural persons at The Ikoku Group via the Codes and Policies;
7.11.6. Unity Rights, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of respecting the aforementioned and other rights for unity is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of unity, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Safeguards for Unity

Section 7.12.0. With respect to safeguards for unity, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

7.12.1. Unity Safeguards
that, in addition to your Agreement, you maintain and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing safeguards for unity;
7.12.2. Unity Safeguards, Activity
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the unity of an act or activity of The Ikoku Group;
7.12.3. Unity Safeguards, Agent
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the unity of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Group;
7.12.4. Unity Safeguards, Arrangement
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the unity of an arrangement of The Ikoku Group;
7.12.5. Unity Safeguards, Conduct, Service
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the unity of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Group;
7.12.6. Unity Safeguards, Entity, Organization
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the unity of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, including as a unified organization and as an entity of unified administration;
7.12.7. Unity Safeguards, Expectation
that you consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation to safeguard unity at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
7.12.8. Unity Safeguards, Material
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the unity of a material of The Ikoku Group;
7.12.9. Unity Safeguards, Matter
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the unity of a matter of The Ikoku Group;
7.12.10. Unity Safeguards, Procedure
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the unity of a procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Group;
7.12.11. Unity Safeguards, Relation
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the unity of a relation or relationship of The Ikoku Group;

that The Ikoku Group protects itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from specifically relevant risks and threats to centrality and unity resulting from attempts to coopt, takeover, or otherwise usurp the Founder’s administration, management, operation, ownership, or equivalent of The Ikoku Group, including attempts that are collectivist, communal, communist, cooperative, governmental, judicial, regulatory, socialist or statist, as provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation;
7.16.2. Protections, Decentralization
that The Ikoku Group protects itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from specifically relevant risks and threats to centrality and unity resulting from decentralization, devolution, federation, franchise, license, or equivalent, as provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation;

that The Ikoku Group protects itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from specifically relevant risks and threats to centrality and unity resulting from duplication, multiplication, pluralism, plurality, pluralization, or equivalent, as provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation;
