Conditions

Introduction

The Policy on Confidentiality and Privacy delineates the conditions, principles, and protections for confidentiality and privacy that are integral to the Agreement you enter into whenever — and wherever — you commence or continue any conduct or service relating in any way, directly or indirectly, to The Ikoku Group. Please, therefore, take the time to read what follows carefully.

Your Policy Agreements

Section 10.1.0. First, with respect to the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy you enter into via your Agreement with the Codes and Policies, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.1.1. Policy, Name, Nature
that the name of this Policy is the “Policy on Confidentiality and Privacy of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC” (the “Confidentiality and Privacy Policy,” the “Confidentiality Policy,” and the “Privacy Policy”) and that the nature of this Policy is to serve as the policy on confidentiality and privacy of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC;
10.1.2. Policy, Composition
that the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy consists of all conditions, principles, protections, and equivalent provisions for confidentiality and privacy in the Codes and Policies of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC (the “Codes and Policies” and the “Policies”) and The Ikoku Group Conduct and Service Agreement (the “Agreement”), which therefore include, but are not limited to, those delineated below;
10.1.3. Policy, Agreement
that you understand the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy to be an integral part of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement you enter into with The Ikoku Group;
10.1.4. Policy, Consent
that your consent to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent consent to the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy;
10.1.5. Policy, Duties
that your duties to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent duties to the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy;
10.1.6. Policy, Entry
that your entry into the Agreement includes your legally equivalent entry into the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, and similarly occurs whenever you commence or continue any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with or otherwise relating to The Ikoku Group;
10.1.7. Policy, Legally Abiding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder;
10.1.8. Policy, Legally Binding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder;
10.1.9. Policy, Knowledge
that your attestation about your awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.

Your Policy Understandings

Section 10.2.0. Second, with respect to your understandings of the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, you covenant, represent, and warrant the following:

10.2.1. Policy Understandings
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by applicable understandings of confidentiality and privacy as they are normally operative and reasonably interpreted in law, policy, and society;
10.2.1.1. Policy Understandings, A
the above including such understandings of confidentiality protecting, providing for, and otherwise pertaining to discretion, non-disclosure, personal and professional trust, personal and proprietary interest, personal and procedural nonprejudice, and safeguards and secrets;
10.2.1.2. Policy Understandings, B
the above including such understandings of privacy protecting, providing for, and otherwise pertaining to non-detection, non-dissemination, non-exposure, non-identification, non-intrusion, and non-public access, administration, management, operation, and ownership;
10.2.2. Policy Understandings, Conditions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy conditions as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
10.2.3. Policy Understandings, Definitions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy definitions as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
10.2.4. Policy Understandings, Practices
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy practices as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
10.2.5. Policy Understandings, Principles
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy principles as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you;
10.2.6. Policy Understandings, Processes
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy processes as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
10.2.7. Policy Understandings, Rights
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy rights as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you;
10.2.8. Policy Understandings, Safeguards
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy safeguards and resulting protections as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
10.2.9. Policy Understandings, Violations
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of confidentiality and privacy breach, diminishment, incompatibility, infringement, and violation as they are defined and provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to not be brought about, in any way, by you.

Your Policy Commitments

Section 10.3.0. Third, with respect to your commitments to the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.3.1. Policy Commitments, Basis
that your commitment is the basis for any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with, or otherwise relating to The Ikoku Group that you commence or continue — including via any of the Products or Services, or the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates — and that any such conduct or service is free of any infringement of the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of confidentiality and privacy, the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.2. Policy Commitments, Conditions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of confidentiality and privacy conditions, including as provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.3. Policy Commitments, Definitions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of confidentiality and privacy definitions, including as provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.4. Policy Commitments, Principles
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of confidentiality and privacy principles, including as provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.5. Policy Commitments, Processes
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of confidentiality and privacy processes, including as provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.6. Policy Commitments, Rights
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of confidentiality and privacy rights, including as provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.7. Policy Commitments, Safeguards
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of confidentiality and privacy safeguards and resulting protections, including as provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.8. Policy Commitments, Practices
that you respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to translate the aforementioned commitments into practices for adopting and applying policies pertaining to confidentiality and privacy; for adjudicating and determining compliance with the policies; and for fulfilling The Ikoku Group’s own duties pertaining to confidentiality and privacy, confidentiality and privacy conditions, confidentiality and privacy definitions, confidentiality and privacy principles, confidentiality and privacy processes, confidentiality and privacy rights, and confidentiality and privacy safeguards and their resulting protections, including as provided for in the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
10.3.9. Policy Commitments, Protections
that you also respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Confidentiality and Privacy Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to develop and enforce confidentiality and privacy protections derived from, first, applicable law and regulation, and second, from advances in confidentiality and privacy that protect persons in ways that go beyond what such law and regulation currently provides.

Principles

Provision

The Policy on Confidentiality and Privacy requires your adherence to the conditions above and correlative conditions and principles delineated below.

A — On Confidentiality

Conditions for Confidentiality

Section 10.5.0. With respect to conditions for confidentiality, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.5.1. Confidentiality Conditions
that, in addition to your Agreement, you do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for confidentiality;
10.5.2. Confidentiality Conditions, Administration
that the confidentiality of The Ikoku Group and provisions attendant to such confidentiality — as administered solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
10.5.3. Confidentiality Conditions, Areas
that confidentiality in areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent of The Ikoku Group — and attendant principles and provisions for such confidentiality — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
10.5.4. Confidentiality Conditions, Founder
that confidentiality for the Founder and Founder-related activities, administration, conduct, and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such confidentiality — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
10.5.5. Confidentiality Conditions, Practices
that practices for ensuring confidentiality at The Ikoku Group, including through its conduct and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such practices — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
10.5.6. Confidentiality Conditions, Reporting
that measures for reporting actual, anticipated or apparent infringement related to confidentiality at The Ikoku Group — and attendant principles and provisions for such reporting — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
10.5.7. Confidentiality Conditions, Understanding
with the understanding that the aforementioned and other conditions for confidentiality at The Ikoku Group are authorized, administered and adjudicated for compliance solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization.

Duties for Confidentiality

Section 10.6.0. With respect to duties for confidentiality, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.6.1. Confidentiality Duties
that, in addition to your Agreement, you fulfill and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing duties for confidentiality;
10.6.2. Confidentiality Duties, Activity
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of an act or activity of The Ikoku Group;
10.6.3. Confidentiality Duties, Agent
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Group;
10.6.4. Confidentiality Duties, Arrangement
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of an arrangement of The Ikoku Group;
10.6.5. Confidentiality Duties, Conduct, Service
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Group;
10.6.6. Confidentiality Duties, Entity, Organization
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, including as a confidential organization and as an entity of confidential administration;
10.6.7. Confidentiality Duties, Expectation
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation pertaining to confidentiality at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
10.6.8. Confidentiality Duties, Material
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of a material of The Ikoku Group;
10.6.9. Confidentiality Duties, Matter
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of a matter of The Ikoku Group;
10.6.10. Confidentiality Duties, Procedure
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of a procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Group;
10.6.11. Confidentiality Duties, Relation
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the confidentiality of a relation or relationship of The Ikoku Group;
10.6.12. Confidentiality Duties, Request
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, a request pertaining to confidentiality at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
10.6.13. Confidentiality Duties, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of fulfilling the aforementioned and other duties for confidentiality is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of confidentiality, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Rights for Confidentiality

Section 10.7.0. With respect to rights for confidentiality, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.7.1. Confidentiality Rights
that, in addition to your Agreement, you respect and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing rights for confidentiality;
10.7.2. Confidentiality Rights, Civil
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for confidentiality accorded to persons at The Ikoku Group by their applicable state or territorial governments;
10.7.3. Confidentiality Rights, Legal
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for confidentiality accorded to persons at The Ikoku Group by applicable law and regulation;
10.7.4. Confidentiality Rights, Entity, Organization
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for confidentiality of The Ikoku Group, including rights of confidentiality accorded to The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, as a confidential organization and entity of confidential administration, via the Codes and Policies;
10.7.5. Confidentiality Rights, Human
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, human and natural rights for confidentiality accorded to natural persons at The Ikoku Group via the Codes and Policies, including absolute rights for confidentiality of a human’s inner being, body, brain, as well as inner self, soul, spirit;
10.7.6. Confidentiality Rights, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of respecting the aforementioned and other rights for confidentiality is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of confidentiality, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Safeguards for Confidentiality

Section 10.8.0. With respect to rights for confidentiality, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.8.1. Confidentiality Safeguards
that, in addition to your Agreement, you maintain and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing safeguards for confidentiality;
10.8.2. Confidentiality Safeguards, Activity
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of an act or activity of The Ikoku Group;
10.8.3. Confidentiality Safeguards, Agent
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Group;
10.8.4. Confidentiality Safeguards, Arrangement
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of an arrangement of The Ikoku Group;
10.8.5. Confidentiality Safeguards, Conduct, Service
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Group;
10.8.6. Confidentiality Safeguards, Entity, Organization
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, including as a confidential organization and as an entity of confidential administration;
10.8.7. Confidentiality Safeguards, Expectation
that you consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation to safeguard confidentiality at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
10.8.8. Confidentiality Safeguards, Material
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of a material of The Ikoku Group;
10.8.9. Confidentiality Safeguards, Matter
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of a matter of The Ikoku Group;
10.8.10. Confidentiality Safeguards, Procedure
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of a procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Group;
10.8.11. Confidentiality Safeguards, Relation
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the confidentiality of a relation or relationship of The Ikoku Group;
10.8.12. Confidentiality Safeguards, Request
that you consider and not infringe, in any way, a request to safeguard confidentiality at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
10.8.13. Confidentiality Safeguards, Rights
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard rights for confidentiality, including rights to such safeguards;
10.8.14. Confidentiality Safeguards, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of maintaining the aforementioned and other safeguards for confidentiality is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of confidentiality, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

B — On Privacy

Conditions for Privacy

Section 10.9.0. With respect to conditions for privacy, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.9.1. Privacy Conditions
that, in addition to your Agreement, you do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for privacy;
10.9.2. Privacy Conditions, Administration
that the privacy of The Ikoku Group and provisions attendant to such privacy — as conducted solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
10.9.3. Privacy Conditions, Areas
that privacy in areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent of The Ikoku Group — and attendant principles and provisions for such privacy — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
10.9.4. Privacy Conditions, Founder
that privacy for the Founder and Founder-related activities, administration, conduct, and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such privacy — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
10.9.5. Privacy Conditions, Practices
that practices for ensuring privacy at The Ikoku Group, including through its conduct and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such practices — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
10.9.6. Privacy Conditions, Reporting
that measures for reporting actual, anticipated or apparent infringement related to privacy at The Ikoku Group — and attendant principles and provisions for such reporting — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
10.9.7. Privacy Conditions, Understanding
with the understanding that the aforementioned and other conditions for privacy at The Ikoku Group are authorized, administered and adjudicated for compliance solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization.

Duties for Privacy

Section 10.10.0. With respect to duties of privacy, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.10.1. Privacy Duties
that, in addition to your Agreement, you fulfill and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing duties for privacy;
10.10.2. Privacy Duties, Activity
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of an act or activity of The Ikoku Group;
10.10.3. Privacy Duties, Agent
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Group;
10.10.4. Privacy Duties, Arrangement
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of an arrangement of The Ikoku Group;
10.10.5. Privacy Duties, Conduct, Service
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Group;
10.10.6. Privacy Duties, Entity, Organization
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, including as a private organization and as an entity of private administration;
10.10.7. Privacy Duties, Expectation
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation pertaining to privacy at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
10.10.8. Privacy Duties, Material
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of a material of The Ikoku Group;
10.10.9. Privacy Duties, Matter
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of a matter of The Ikoku Group;
10.10.10. Privacy Duties, Procedure
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of a procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Group;
10.10.11. Privacy Duties, Relation
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the privacy of a relation or relationship of The Ikoku Group;
10.10.12. Privacy Duties, Request
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, a request pertaining to privacy at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
10.10.13. Privacy Duties, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of fulfilling the aforementioned and other duties for privacy is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of privacy, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Rights for Privacy

Section 10.11.0. With respect to rights for privacy, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.11.1. Privacy Rights
that, in addition to your Agreement, you respect and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing rights for privacy;
10.11.2. Privacy Rights, Civil
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for privacy accorded to persons at The Ikoku Group by their applicable state or territorial governments;
10.11.3. Privacy Rights, Legal
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for privacy accorded to persons at The Ikoku Group by applicable law and regulation;
10.11.4. Privacy Rights, Entity, Organization
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for privacy of The Ikoku Group, including rights of privacy accorded to The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, as a private organization and entity of private administration, via the Codes and Policies;
10.11.5. Privacy Rights, Human
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, human and natural rights for privacy accorded to natural persons at The Ikoku Group via the Codes and Policies, including absolute rights for privacy of a human’s inner being, body, brain, as well as inner self, soul, spirit;
10.11.6. Privacy Rights, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of respecting the aforementioned and other rights for privacy is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of privacy, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Safeguards for Privacy

Section 10.12.0. With respect to safeguards for privacy, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

10.12.1. Privacy Safeguards
that, in addition to your Agreement, you maintain and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing safeguards for privacy;
10.12.2. Privacy Safeguards, Activity
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the privacy of an act or activity of The Ikoku Group;
10.12.3. Privacy Safeguards, Agent
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the privacy of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Group;
10.12.4. Privacy Safeguards, Arrangement
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the privacy of an arrangement of The Ikoku Group;

that The Ikoku Group protects itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from specifically relevant risks and threats to confidentiality and privacy resulting from attempts to coopt, takeover, or otherwise usurp the Founder’s administration, management, operation, ownership, or equivalent of The Ikoku Group, including attempts that are collectivist, communal, communist, cooperative, governmental, judicial, regulatory, socialist or statist, as provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation;
10.16.2. Protections, Disclosure
that The Ikoku Group protects itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from specifically relevant risks and threats to confidentiality and privacy resulting from infringing access, communication, data and information, disclosure, exposure, identification, leak, publicity, transparency, or equivalent, as provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation;
