Conditions

Introduction

The Policy on Freedom and Liberty delineates the conditions, principles, and protections for freedom and liberty that are integral to the Agreement you enter into whenever — and wherever — you commence or continue any conduct or service relating in any way, directly or indirectly, to The Ikoku Group. Please, therefore, take the time to read what follows carefully.

Your Policy Agreements

Section 13.1.0. First, with respect to the Freedom and Liberty Policy you enter into via your Agreement with the Codes and Policies, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

13.1.1. Policy, Name, Nature
that the name of this Policy is the “Policy on Freedom and Liberty of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC” (the “Freedom and Liberty Policy,” the “Freedom Policy,” and the “Liberty Policy”) and that the nature of this Policy is to serve as the policy on freedom and liberty of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC;
13.1.2. Policy, Composition
that the Freedom and Liberty Policy consists of all conditions, principles, protections, and equivalent provisions for freedom and liberty in the Codes and Policies of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC (the “Codes and Policies” and the “Policies”) and The Ikoku Group Conduct and Service Agreement (the “Agreement”), which therefore include, but are not limited to, those delineated below;
13.1.3. Policy, Agreement
that you understand the Freedom and Liberty Policy to be an integral part of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement you enter into with The Ikoku Group;
13.1.4. Policy, Consent
that your consent to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent consent to the Freedom and Liberty Policy;
13.1.5. Policy, Duties
that your duties to the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent duties to the Freedom and Liberty Policy;
13.1.6. Policy, Entry
that your entry into the Agreement includes your legally equivalent entry into the Freedom and Liberty Policy, and similarly occurs whenever you commence or continue any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with or otherwise relating to The Ikoku Group;
13.1.7. Policy, Legally Abiding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to legally abide by the Freedom and Liberty Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder;
13.1.8. Policy, Legally Binding
that your attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent attestation about your reading, understanding, consenting and agreeing to be legally bound by the Freedom and Liberty Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder;
13.1.9. Policy, Knowledge
that your attestation about your awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Codes and Policies and the Agreement includes your legally equivalent awareness and acceptance of your responsibility to keep informed and update your knowledge of the Freedom and Liberty Policy, in its entirety without modification or severability, as amended from time to time solely by the Founder.

Your Policy Understandings

Section 13.2.0. Second, with respect to your understandings of the Freedom and Liberty Policy, you covenant, represent, and warrant the following:

13.2.1. Policy Understandings
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by applicable understandings of freedom and liberty as they are normally operative and reasonably interpreted in law, policy, and society;
13.2.1.1. Policy Understandings, A
the above including such understandings of freedom protecting, providing for, and otherwise pertaining to administrative, human, legal, managerial, operational, organizational, proprietary and technical autonomy, control, decision-making, personhood, self-determination, self-expression, self-exploration, self-governance, self-ownership, and sovereignty;
13.2.1.2. Policy Understandings, B
the above including such understandings of liberty protecting, providing for, and otherwise pertaining to administrative, human, legal, managerial, operational, organizational, ownership, proprietary and technical non-censorship, non-coercion, non-impediment, non-imposition, non-interference, non-intrusion via governmental, public or state entity, means, office, or person;
13.2.2. Policy Understandings, Conditions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of freedom and liberty conditions as they are defined and provided for in the Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
13.2.3. Policy Understandings, Definitions
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of freedom and liberty definitions as they are defined and provided for in the Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
13.2.4. Policy Understandings, Practices
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of freedom and liberty practices as they are defined and provided for in the Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
13.2.5. Policy Understandings, Principles
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of freedom and liberty principles as they are defined and provided for in the Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you;
13.2.6. Policy Understandings, Processes
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of freedom and liberty processes as they are defined and provided for in the Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
13.2.7. Policy Understandings, Rights
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of freedom and liberty rights as they are defined and provided for in the Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not infringed or violated, in any way, by you;
13.2.8. Policy Understandings, Safeguards
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of freedom and liberty safeguards and resulting protections as they are defined and provided for in the Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to be fulfilled and respected and not breached or violated, in any way, by you;
13.2.9. Policy Understandings, Violations
that you have read, understood, consented to, and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of freedom and liberty breach, diminishment, incompatibility, infringement, and violation as they are defined and provided for in the Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation, to not be brought about, in any way, by you.

Your Policy Commitments

Section 13.3.0. Third, with respect to your commitments to the Freedom and Liberty Policy, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

13.3.1. Policy Commitments, Basis
that your commitment is the basis for any conduct or service at, by, for, in, on, with, or otherwise relating to The Ikoku Group that you commence or continue — including via any of the Products or Services, or the divisions, series, subsidiaries, or affiliates — and that any such conduct or service is free of any infringement of the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of freedom and liberty, the Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
13.3.2. Policy Commitments, Conditions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of freedom and liberty conditions, including as provided for in the Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
13.3.3. Policy Commitments, Definitions
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of freedom and liberty definitions, including as provided for in the Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
13.3.4. Policy Commitments, Principles
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of freedom and liberty principles, including as provided for in the Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
13.3.5. Policy Commitments, Processes
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of freedom and liberty processes, including as provided for in the Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
13.3.6. Policy Commitments, Rights
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of freedom and liberty rights, including as provided for in the Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
13.3.7. Policy Commitments, Safeguards
that this commitment include but not be limited to upholding for every person at The Ikoku Group the most humane, protective and respectful interpretations of freedom and liberty safeguards and resulting protections, including as provided for in the Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
13.3.8. Policy Commitments, Practices
that you respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Freedom and Liberty Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to translate the aforementioned commitments into practices for adopting and applying policies pertaining to freedom and liberty; for adjudicating and determining compliance with the policies; and for fulfilling The Ikoku Group’s own duties pertaining to freedom and liberty, freedom and liberty conditions, freedom and liberty definitions, freedom and liberty principles, freedom and liberty processes, freedom and liberty rights, and freedom and liberty safeguards and their resulting protections, including as provided for in the Freedom and Liberty Policy, the Codes and Policies, and applicable law and regulation;
13.3.9. Policy Commitments, Protections
that you also respectfully assist solely via Your Duties as described in the Codes and Policies and the Freedom and Liberty Policy and in no way interfere with or impede the reasonable efforts authorized and executed solely by the Founder to develop and enforce freedom and liberty protections derived from, first, applicable law and regulation, and second, from advances in freedom and liberty that protect persons in ways that go beyond what such law and regulation currently provides.

Principles

Provision

The Policy on Freedom and Liberty requires your adherence to the conditions above and correlative conditions and principles delineated below.

A — On Freedom

Conditions for Freedom

Section 13.5.0. With respect to conditions for freedom, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

13.5.1. Freedom Conditions
that, in addition to your Agreement, you do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for freedom;
13.5.2. Freedom Conditions, Administration
that the freedom of The Ikoku Group and provisions attendant to such freedom — as administered solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
13.5.3. Freedom Conditions, Areas
that freedom in areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent of The Ikoku Group — and attendant principles and provisions for such freedom — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
13.5.4. Freedom Conditions, Founder
that freedom for the Founder and Founder-related activities, administration, conduct, and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such freedom — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
13.5.5. Freedom Conditions, Practices
that practices for ensuring freedom at The Ikoku Group, including through its conduct and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such practices — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
13.5.6. Freedom Conditions, Reporting
that measures for reporting actual, anticipated or apparent infringement related to freedom at The Ikoku Group — and attendant principles and provisions for such reporting — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
13.5.7. Freedom Conditions, Understanding
with the understanding that the aforementioned and other conditions for freedom at The Ikoku Group are authorized, administered and adjudicated for compliance solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization.

Duties for Freedom

Section 13.6.0. With respect to duties for freedom, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

13.6.1. Freedom Duties
that, in addition to your Agreement, you fulfill and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing duties for freedom;
13.6.2. Freedom Duties, Activity
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the freedom of an act or activity of The Ikoku Group;
13.6.3. Freedom Duties, Agent
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the freedom of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Group;
13.6.4. Freedom Duties, Arrangement
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the freedom of an arrangement of The Ikoku Group;
13.6.5. Freedom Duties, Conduct, Service
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the freedom of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Group;
13.6.6. Freedom Duties, Entity, Organization
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the freedom of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, including as a civilly free organization and as an entity of civilly free administration;
13.6.7. Freedom Duties, Expectation
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation pertaining to freedom at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
13.6.8. Freedom Duties, Material
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the freedom of a material of The Ikoku Group;
13.6.9. Freedom Duties, Matter
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the freedom of a matter of The Ikoku Group;
13.6.10. Freedom Duties, Procedure
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the freedom of a procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Group;
13.6.11. Freedom Duties, Relation
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the freedom of a relation or relationship of The Ikoku Group;
13.6.12. Freedom Duties, Request
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, a request pertaining to freedom at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
13.6.13. Freedom Duties, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of fulfilling the aforementioned and other duties for freedom is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of freedom, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Rights for Freedom

Section 13.7.0. With respect to rights for freedom, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

13.7.1. Freedom Rights
that, in addition to your Agreement, you respect and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing rights for freedom;
13.7.2. Freedom Rights, Civil
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for freedom accorded to persons at The Ikoku Group by their applicable state or territorial governments;
13.7.3. Freedom Rights, Legal
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for freedom accorded to persons at The Ikoku Group by applicable law and regulation;
13.7.4. Freedom Rights, Entity, Organization
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for freedom of The Ikoku Group, including rights of freedom accorded to The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, as a civilly free organization and entity of civilly free administration, via the Codes and Policies;
13.7.5. Freedom Rights, Human
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, human and natural rights for freedom accorded to natural persons at The Ikoku Group via the Codes and Policies, including absolute rights for freedom of a human’s inner being, body, brain, as well as inner self, soul, spirit;
13.7.6. Freedom Rights, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of respecting the aforementioned and other rights for freedom is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of freedom, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Safeguards for Freedom

Section 13.8.0. With respect to rights for freedom, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

13.8.1. Freedom Safeguards
that, in addition to your Agreement, you maintain and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing safeguards for freedom;
13.8.2. Freedom Safeguards, Activity
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the freedom of an act or activity of The Ikoku Group;
13.8.3. Freedom Safeguards, Agent
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the freedom of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Group;
13.8.4. Freedom Safeguards, Arrangement
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the freedom of an arrangement of The Ikoku Group;
13.8.5. Freedom Safeguards, Conduct, Service
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the freedom of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Group;
13.8.6. Freedom Safeguards, Entity, Organization
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the freedom of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, including as a civilly free organization and as an entity of civilly free administration;
13.8.7. Freedom Safeguards, Expectation
that you consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation to safeguard freedom at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
13.8.8. Freedom Safeguards, Material
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the freedom of a material of The Ikoku Group;
13.8.9. Freedom Safeguards, Matter
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the freedom of a matter of The Ikoku Group;
13.8.10. Freedom Safeguards, Procedure
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the freedom of a procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Group;
13.8.11. Freedom Safeguards, Relation
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the freedom of a relation or relationship of The Ikoku Group;
13.8.12. Freedom Safeguards, Request
that you consider and not infringe, in any way, a request to safeguard freedom at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
13.8.13. Freedom Safeguards, Rights
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard rights for freedom, including rights to such safeguards;
13.8.14. Freedom Safeguards, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of maintaining the aforementioned and other safeguards for freedom is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of freedom, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

B — On Liberty

Conditions for Liberty

Section 13.9.0. With respect to conditions for liberty, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

13.9.1. Liberty Conditions
that, in addition to your Agreement, you do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing conditions for liberty;
13.9.2. Liberty Conditions, Administration
that the liberty of The Ikoku Group and provisions attendant to such liberty — as conducted solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
13.9.3. Liberty Conditions, Areas
that liberty in areas, offices, parts, properties, sections, and equivalent of The Ikoku Group — and attendant principles and provisions for such liberty — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
13.9.4. Liberty Conditions, Founder
that liberty for the Founder and Founder-related activities, administration, conduct, and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such liberty — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
13.9.5. Liberty Conditions, Practices
that practices for ensuring liberty at The Ikoku Group, including through its conduct and service — and attendant principles and provisions for such practices — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
13.9.6. Liberty Conditions, Reporting
that measures for reporting actual, anticipated or apparent infringement related to liberty at The Ikoku Group — and attendant principles and provisions for such reporting — are attained, maintained and protected, and not infringed in any way;
13.9.7. Liberty Conditions, Understanding
with the understanding that the aforementioned and other conditions for liberty at The Ikoku Group are authorized, administered and adjudicated for compliance solely by the Founder, and executed solely via the Founder’s authorization.

Duties for Liberty

Section 13.10.0. With respect to duties of liberty, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

13.10.1. Liberty Duties
that, in addition to your Agreement, you fulfill and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing duties for liberty;
13.10.2. Liberty Duties, Activity
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the liberty of an act or activity of The Ikoku Group;
13.10.3. Liberty Duties, Agent
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the liberty of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Group;
13.10.4. Liberty Duties, Arrangement
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the liberty of an arrangement of The Ikoku Group;
13.10.5. Liberty Duties, Conduct, Service
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the liberty of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Group;
13.10.6. Liberty Duties, Entity, Organization
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the liberty of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, including as a civilly libertied organization and as an entity of civilly libertied administration;
13.10.7. Liberty Duties, Expectation
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, an expectation pertaining to liberty at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
13.10.8. Liberty Duties, Material
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the liberty of a material of The Ikoku Group;
13.10.9. Liberty Duties, Matter
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the liberty of a matter of The Ikoku Group;
13.10.10. Liberty Duties, Procedure
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the liberty of a procedure, proceeding, or process of The Ikoku Group;
13.10.11. Liberty Duties, Relation
that you have a duty to maintain and not infringe, in any way, the liberty of a relation or relationship of The Ikoku Group;
13.10.12. Liberty Duties, Request
that you have a duty to consider and not infringe, in any way, a request pertaining to liberty at The Ikoku Group that is meaningful and reasonable;
13.10.13. Liberty Duties, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of fulfilling the aforementioned and other duties for liberty is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of liberty, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Rights for Liberty

Section 13.11.0. With respect to rights for liberty, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

13.11.1. Liberty Rights
that, in addition to your Agreement, you respect and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing rights for liberty;
13.11.2. Liberty Rights, Civil
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for liberty accorded to persons at The Ikoku Group by their applicable state or territorial governments;
13.11.3. Liberty Rights, Legal
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for liberty accorded to persons at The Ikoku Group by applicable law and regulation;
13.11.4. Liberty Rights, Entity, Organization
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, rights for liberty of The Ikoku Group, including rights of liberty accorded to The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, as a civilly libertied organization and entity of civilly libertied administration, via the Codes and Policies;
13.11.5. Liberty Rights, Human
that you respect and do not infringe, in any way, human and natural rights for liberty accorded to natural persons at The Ikoku Group via the Codes and Policies, including absolute rights for liberty of a human’s inner being, body, brain, as well as inner self, soul, spirit;
13.11.6. Liberty Rights, Understanding
with the understanding that your sole means of respecting the aforementioned and other rights for liberty is by refraining from and reporting — via fully informing communication directly to the Founder — any infringement of liberty, and furthermore, not in any way diminishing or hindering the Founder’s sole discretion and powers to adjudicate and remedy such infringements.

Safeguards for Liberty

Section 13.12.0. With respect to safeguards for liberty, you understand and agree to abide by the following:

13.12.1. Liberty Safeguards
that, in addition to your Agreement, you maintain and do not infringe, in any way, the ensuing safeguards for liberty;
13.12.2. Liberty Safeguards, Activity
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the liberty of an act or activity of The Ikoku Group;
13.12.3. Liberty Safeguards, Agent
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the liberty of an agent, party, or other person of The Ikoku Group;
13.12.4. Liberty Safeguards, Arrangement
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the liberty of an arrangement of The Ikoku Group;
13.12.5. Liberty Safeguards, Conduct, Service
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the liberty of a conduct or service of The Ikoku Group;
13.12.6. Liberty Safeguards, Entity, Organization
that you maintain and not infringe, in any way, practices, processes, protections, and other provisions to safeguard the liberty of The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC, including as a civilly libertied organization and as an entity of civilly libertied administration;
13.12.7. Liberty Safeguards, Expectation

that The Ikoku Group protects itself and the Founder, as first priorities, then where reasonable, other natural persons from specifically relevant risks and threats to freedom and liberty resulting from attempts to coopt, takeover, or otherwise usurp the Founder’s administration, management, operation, ownership, or equivalent of The Ikoku Group, including attempts that are collectivist, communal, communist, cooperative, governmental, judicial, regulatory, socialist or statist, as provided for in the Codes and Policies and applicable law and regulation;
